For Adecco, Gruber Ianeselli developed a commercial that links career and athletic performance. With dynamic cuts, engaging background music, and clear visual language, the spot shows how Adecco accompanies people to their career goals. It was a fantastic choice to get Matthias Seger for the lead role. The ZSC legend fits perfectly into the film, which is played out on social media as well as in the ZSC stadium.

The project was implemented in close cooperation with NAVADA, a women-led production company, and director Oliver Schmocker.

The result is an emotional and inspiring film that authentically and convincingly communicates Adecco’s brand promise – to advance people.
