Corporate team building

Team building without the trust falls. Gruber & Ianeselli designs team building events and activities in Zurich, Davos and across Switzerland that genuinely bring people closer together.

Team building event for All-in Games, organised by Gruber & Ianeselli

Team building activities with real substance

Teams grow through shared experiences, not flipchart exercises. That is why we design formats people actually enjoy, like the gaming tournament we built for All-in Games or an Alpine day such as the winter experience on Corvatsch. The team spirit follows naturally, and that is why it lasts.

How we plan your team building event

  1. Agree the goalGetting to know each other, pulling together or saying thank you each call for a different format.
  2. Choose the experienceSport, games, mountains or city, to suit the team and the season.
  3. Build the day around itTravel, food and drink and a shared finale.
  4. Enjoy itWe keep the logistics out of sight.

How much does corporate team building cost?

Between CHF 150 and 350 per head, depending on how immersive the experience is. City formats sit at the lower end, full days in the mountains with transport and catering at the upper end.

Team building questions

What group sizes work?

Anything from 8 to 300 people. Larger groups compete in teams and come together for a shared finale. Above 50 people, logistics make or break the day, which is exactly where we come in.

Does team building work in winter?

It works brilliantly: snowshoe hikes, evenings in a mountain hut, ski days in Davos or St. Moritz. A winter team day stays with people far longer than any seminar room.

How do you avoid forced fun?

By giving people choices and offering experiences worth having, rather than forcing closeness. Nobody has to take part, and the best team moments happen when nobody feels pushed.

How much does team building cost per head?

Half-day activities start at around CHF 60 to 120 per head, full days with catering and venue cost more. We tailor the effort and the budget to the size of the team and what you want to achieve.

Where do you run team building events?

Anywhere from your own office to venues on Lake Zurich or the mountains around Davos and the Engadin. We pick the location so that travel time, goal and budget all add up.

Team building for every team and every season

Eight people or three hundred, midsummer by the lake or snowshoes in January: good team building is shaped around the team, the goal and the season, never an off-the-shelf package. Small teams get intense shared experiences, larger groups compete in teams and meet for a finale. In summer we head for the water and the outdoors around Zurich, in winter for the mountains in Davos or St. Moritz. The point is that the team spirit happens along the way. People who have been through something together work together differently afterwards, and that is what every team building event we plan is designed to achieve.
