VIP events and corporate hospitality
Since 2014, Gruber & Ianeselli has been creating VIP events and corporate hospitality that people remember, as an owner-run live communication agency. From our offices in Zurich, Rapperswil-Jona, Davos and St. Moritz, we design exclusive hospitality moments for your most important clients and partners all over Switzerland.

What makes our VIP experiences different
A VIP experience is more than a good ticket. It is access to moments money can’t buy: a look behind the scenes, a personal conversation with a top athlete, the reserved table where nobody else gets to sit. We curate sport, culture and behind-the-scenes experiences that show your appreciation and deepen relationships. If the exclusive setting itself should take centre stage, our gala and VIP events are a natural fit, and for the bigger picture take a look at our full range of event agency services.
Our approach
- Listen & understandWe clarify who you want to impress and what message the experience should carry.
- CurateWe choose the occasion, the access and the money-can’t-buy moments to suit your guests.
- OrganiseTransfers, hospitality and guest care: we coordinate every detail discreetly in the background.
- On the dayOn site, we make sure you have nothing to think about except your guests.
How much does a VIP experience cost?
VIP experiences are highly individual, because the occasion, the access and the size of the group determine the effort involved, so a serious figure is only possible after a short conversation. As a rough guide, a hosted corporate event with us costs around CHF 120 to 350 per head. Genuine premium and money-can’t-buy experiences sit above that. We will tell you honestly what is realistic within your budget.
FAQFrequently asked questions
What exactly is a “money can’t buy” moment?
These are experiences you cannot simply purchase: a look behind the scenes, a personal meeting, exclusive access. Through our network we open doors that would otherwise stay closed.
How many guests suit a VIP experience?
Anything from a small, very exclusive circle to a larger hospitality group is possible. With VIP formats, though, the rule is often: the smaller and more personal, the stronger the impact.
Do you only offer sports hospitality?
No. Alongside sport, we curate culture, food and drink and behind-the-scenes experiences. What matters is what suits your guests and your message.
How far in advance should we plan?
Sought-after occasions and exclusive access book up early. For the very best experiences we recommend a few months’ lead time, but do get in touch at short notice too.
Do you take care of travel, hotels and looking after guests?
Yes, from transfers and overnight stays to personal hosting on site. With VIP formats, seamless guest care is what decides whether a guest truly feels special.
