Sales kick-off events
How the year starts decides how your sales team finishes it. Gruber & Ianeselli produces sales kick-offs and strategy events that make the message stick, in Zurich, in the mountains or wherever your team will remember it.

What makes a sales kick-off work
Nobody gets fired up by numbers and strategy slides. Stories do that. We turn the year’s targets into a running order with real high points: a strong opening, focused working sessions and an evening that brings the team together. The Sunrise kick-off in Davos shows how a routine date in the calendar can become the moment everyone talks about.
How we plan your kick-off
- Sharpen the messageWhat should the team do differently on Monday morning?
- Format and locationA single day in Zurich or two days in the Alps, depending on the goal.
- StagingStage, content, keynotes and team experiences.
- On the dayDirection, timing and technology, with the energy kept high.
How much does a sales kick-off cost?
Between CHF 300 and 600 per head, depending on how much of an incentive it should be. A one-day event near Zurich sits at the lower end, two days with an overnight stay in Davos or St. Moritz at the upper end.
Sales kick-off questions
When is the best time for a sales kick-off?
January to March: close enough to the start of the year, with some distance from the December rush. Book the venue by October.
How long should a kick-off be?
One focused day is enough for teams of up to 100. If you want strategy work and a team experience, allow a day and a half to two days.
Do you produce the content and presentations too?
Yes. The running order, stage presentations and video content are all produced in-house, in close collaboration with your leadership team.
How many people is a sales kick-off suitable for?
Anything from a sales team of 20 to a conference of 500. Smaller groups get something more interactive, larger ones more stage and show, and we shape the format around your group.
Where should we hold our sales kick-off?
Away from the office, ideally. Anything from a conference hotel on Lake Zurich to a mountain venue in Davos. A change of scene lifts energy and focus, and we choose the location to fit your goals and budget.
A kick-off that lasts beyond the day
A sales kick-off is the starting gun for the sales year, not an end in itself. So that the energy does not fade by Monday lunchtime, we think beyond the event: the key message is built to stay present in everyday work, with strong images, recurring elements and one moment that sticks. Whether it is a single day near Zurich or two days in the mountains, the structure, keynotes and team experiences all work towards one shared goal. That is how a fixture in the calendar becomes a real fresh start, and how annual targets become a story the team carries with it.
