Roadshows and pop-ups

A roadshow takes your brand to where your customers are, stop after stop, with consistent quality. Gruber & Ianeselli plans and produces multi-day roadshows and pop-ups across Switzerland.

What makes our roadshows different

The art of the roadshow is repeating yourself without going stale: every location deserves the same first impression as the opening stop. We build modular set-ups that go up and come down quickly, coordinate local partners at every stop and keep the brand presentation consistent throughout the tour, from Geneva to St. Gallen.

Our approach

  1. Tour planningLocations, routes, permits, timing.
  2. Modular designOne set-up that works at every location.
  3. Local activationInvitations and promotion at every stop.
  4. Tour managementCrew, logistics and quality control across every stop.

How much does a roadshow cost?

It depends on the number of stops and the set-up: compact promotional tours start at around CHF 8,000 per stop, elaborate experiential modules cost more. The cost per stop falls with every stop you add.

Roadshows: one message, many cities

A roadshow takes your brand to where your audience is, across several cities, locations or countries, with consistently high quality. The challenge is rarely the idea, it is the repeatability: the same presence and the same impact, whether it is the first stop or the tenth. That is exactly why we build modular concepts, predictable logistics and a well-drilled team that has every set-up down to a fine art. Whether it is a pop-up in a shopping centre, a mobile activation or a truck tour, we make sure every stop performs equally well and your message lands with the same precision everywhere, reliably from the first city to the last.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How many stops make sense?

Four to ten stops is the sweet spot: enough reach to justify the modular set-up, compact enough to keep the quality consistent.

Do you handle permits for public spaces?

Yes. Pitch permits, noise and safety requirements for each municipality are part of our tour planning, with a realistic lead time of eight to twelve weeks.

Do roadshows work for B2B too?

Very well, as a series of regional client events instead of one big central event. Shorter journeys noticeably increase attendance.

How long does a roadshow take from planning to wrap-up?

Depending on the number of stops, two to four months of lead time, plus the tour itself. We build a set-up designed for travel that is ready within hours at every stop: the same brand, the same quality, everywhere.

Do you also handle transport and logistics between stops?

Yes. Set-up and breakdown, transport, staff and the schedule for every stop all come from us. You have one point of contact for the whole tour, not a new one in every city.
