How much does a management meeting or leadership conference cost?

As a rough guide, a corporate event in Switzerland often costs around CHF 120 to 350 per head, depending on length, catering and programme. Retreats over several days in Davos or St. Moritz cost more once accommodation and a supporting programme are included. Because every leadership conference is different, we prefer to price your event specifically rather than work with flat rates. Just get in touch.

How many people make sense for a leadership conference?

That depends on the goal. Executive retreats often work best in a small group, while wider leadership conferences work well with 30 to 80 people. We adapt the format and structure to the size of the group.

One day or several days: which is better?

For pure strategy meetings, a well-structured single day is often enough. If team development and exchange matter too, a multi-day offsite with an overnight stay, for example in the mountains, is worth it. We will give you honest advice based on your goals.

Do you also find the venue?

Yes. We know suitable rooms and hotels in Zurich, Rapperswil-Jona, Davos and St. Moritz, and we organise technology, catering and logistics so you can concentrate on the content.

How early should we get in touch?

For a good concept and the right venue, we recommend allowing a few weeks to a few months, particularly for multi-day retreats in high season. Shorter notice is often possible too, so just ask.

How much does a leadership conference cost per head?

Day rates at conference hotels start at around CHF 90 to 150 per head. An exclusive venue, an evening programme and an overnight stay add to that. We price according to your ambitions and the length of the event.
