MercedesTrophy Swiss Final

A passion for golf, perfect weather and a final with a view

More than 25 degrees, brilliant sunshine, a demanding course and 39 keen golfers: conditions for the MercedesTrophy Swiss Final 2026 could hardly have been better. As the crowning finish to the 14 dealer tournaments held beforehand, the qualified players travelled to the Lucerne Golf Club, which was looking its very best in September.

Over the preceding months, the players had earned their place in the Swiss Final at tournaments hosted by Mercedes-Benz dealers. Lucerne offered the sporting highlight of the series and the chance to qualify for the World Final in Stuttgart.

When passion turns into a final

For more than 30 years the MercedesTrophy has been one of the most successful and prestigious amateur golf series in the world. Every year, over 60,000 customers and Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts in more than 60 countries take part in the qualifying tournaments.

For the finalists, Lucerne became the setting for a special day of golf. In ideal conditions they had to prove their skills on a demanding course while enjoying the atmosphere of the event.

Where we came in

The MercedesTrophy Switzerland has been looked after by WOEHRLE PIROLA for many years. In 2026 the lead for the whole series again sat with WP, for the first time in close cooperation with Gruber & Ianeselli. Together the two agencies supported the 14 dealer tournaments with additional communication material and with the coordination and supply of all promotional items.

At the Swiss Final in Lucerne everything came together: from organisation and coordination through to delivery on site, the two agencies made sure the day ran smoothly and rounded off this year’s MercedesTrophy with a coherent brand experience.

The finish you would wish for. And for the winners it is next stop Stuttgart.
