Gruber & Ianeselli is an event agency based in Zurich. Since 2014 our 14-strong team has planned and produced corporate events, company anniversaries and kick-offs for businesses across the Greater Zurich Area, from our office in the Yond building at Albisriederstrasse 253.

Planning an event in Zurich: frequently asked questions
Which event venues in Zurich do you recommend?
That depends on the occasion. The Yond in Albisrieden works well for modern formats, The Dolder Grand for a premium gala, the Tonhalle for something classical and the former industrial spaces in Zurich West for product launches. Once we have your brief, we shortlist two or three venues and check availability for you.
How much does a corporate event in Zurich cost?
In the city, a mid-sized corporate event typically costs CHF 180 to 300 per head, depending on the venue, catering and technology. Moving out to Lake Zurich can bring that down by 20 to 30 per cent.
How quickly can you put an event together?
For up to 100 guests, four weeks is doable if decisions are made quickly. For large events and anniversaries we would allow six to twelve months, mainly because the best venues in the city book up early.
Do you only work in the city of Zurich?
Not at all. From Zurich we cover the whole region, and our offices in Rapperswil-Jona, Davos and St. Moritz look after events on the lake and in the mountains.
Do you handle technology, catering and styling as well?
Yes. Staging, lighting, sound, catering and furniture all come through us or our trusted Zurich suppliers. You deal with one contact from the first idea to the last van leaving.
