Guests immersed in an experiential event produced by Gruber & Ianeselli

Experiential events

Since 2014, Gruber & Ianeselli has produced live communication that people don’t just watch but experience. As an owner-run agency with offices in Zurich, Rapperswil-Jona, Davos and St. Moritz, we turn corporate events into immersive experiential events that get your guests actively involved.

What makes our experiential events different

At an experiential event, the experience itself is the message. Rather than simply putting on a show for guests, we draw them into a multi-sensory production they take part in and remember long afterwards. Space, light, sound, movement and dramaturgy come together as one coherent whole that lets people experience your brand first-hand: experiential marketing in its purest form. The framework grows out of a clear event concept, which we can link seamlessly with a product launch if needed.

Our approach

  1. UnderstandWe clarify the goal, the audience and the message that should stick.
  2. ConceptWe develop a dramatic idea and the sensory elements to go with it.
  3. ProductionWe deliver the space, technology and running order down to the last detail.
  4. On the dayWe direct on site and make sure the evening runs smoothly.

How much does an experiential event cost?

To be honest, the price depends heavily on the concept: the scale of the production, technology, venue and number of guests all make a difference. As a rough guide for a corporate event, we work with around CHF 120 to 350 per head. We will give you a reliable figure once we have sharpened your idea together.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How is an experiential event different from a traditional corporate event?

At a traditional event your guests are the audience. At an experiential event they become part of the show. Instead of a stage to watch, we create an environment that engages every sense and invites people to join in.

How many guests do you need for an experiential event?

The format works for anything from an intimate gathering to a large occasion. What matters is not the number but that the production suits the group. Small groups can be involved in a particularly intense and personal way.

How far in advance should we plan?

That depends on scale and season. For a well-thought-out production we recommend a lead time of a few months. If it has to happen faster, we will find a workable solution together.

Do you handle the technical delivery on site too?

Yes. From lighting, sound and set design to directing on the night, we see the delivery through from start to finish so the experience lands exactly as planned.

Where do you run experiential events?

Throughout German-speaking Switzerland, from Zurich and Lake Zurich to Davos and the Engadin. The venue is part of the experience, so we choose it to fit the concept, not the other way round.
