Since 2014, Gruber & Ianeselli has been creating client events all over Switzerland, from an exclusive invitation for a select few to a large-scale client day. As an owner-run live communication agency, we look after your client entertainment personally, from the first idea until the last guest leaves.
What makes our client events different
A client event is not an end in itself. It is relationship building with conviction: your guests should feel that the invitation is sincere. We listen first, understand your client relationships and translate them into a coherent event concept, whether that is an intimate evening in a small circle or an occasion lasting several days with hundreds of guests. What counts for us is not the biggest effect but the right tone for your brand and your audience.

How much does a client event cost?
A reliable guide for corporate events is around CHF 120 to 350 per head, depending on the setting, venue, catering and programme. Most of our events take place in and around Zurich, but we are there for you throughout Switzerland. We only name a serious figure once we know your plans, never a shot in the dark.

How many guests do you need for a client event?
There is no minimum. An exclusive evening for twelve key clients can be just as valuable as a client day with several hundred guests. What matters is that the format and effort suit the relationship you want to nurture.
How early should we start planning?
For larger occasions we recommend three to six months’ lead time, mainly because of venue and catering availability. Smaller, exclusive formats can be arranged at shorter notice. Just get in touch and we will work out together what is realistic.
Do you handle invitation management too?
Yes. If you wish, we take care of invitations, registrations and guest communication right through to personal hosting on site, so you can focus on your guests at your own event.
Do you only work in Zurich or across Switzerland?
We work throughout Switzerland and, with offices in Zurich, Rapperswil-Jona, Davos and St. Moritz, we are also at home in the mountain regions. We choose the right location for your client event together with you.
How much does a client event cost per head?
For a well-hosted client event, allow CHF 180 to 350 per guest, depending on venue, catering and programme. After the briefing we give you a reliable range for the initial budget.
